Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy has been prepared to regulate the shipment and delivery processes of orders placed through www.elysechocolates.com.
Every user who places an order on our website is deemed to have accepted the terms set forth in this policy.

1. SHIPPING COMPANY

Orders are shipped via the courier company contracted by Élyse Fine Chocolate.
The shipping company details are included in the order confirmation email sent after the order is completed.

2. SHIPPING FEES

• Shipping fees are displayed to the buyer during checkout and added to the total order amount.
• Free shipping may be offered during certain promotional periods.
• Shipping fees in return processes are evaluated in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Your orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During special campaign periods, this time may vary.

During preparation:
• Products are packaged to preserve freshness
• Chocolate products are shipped with protective packaging and special handling conditions

4. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time may vary depending on the courier company's workload and the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times:
• Within Istanbul: 1–2 business days
• Within Turkey: 2–5 business days

Public holidays, weather conditions, and regional delays may affect delivery times.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent via email.
You can track your shipment using this number.

6. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The buyer is responsible for checking the package at the time of delivery.

In the following cases, the package should not be accepted and a report should be issued:
• If the package is torn, crushed, wet, or damaged
• If the packaging appears opened or tampered with
• If there is any situation affecting product safety

Products accepted without inspection are considered undamaged.

7. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS

• In case of delay, loss, or damage caused by the courier company, Élyse Fine Chocolate support team will follow up the process.
• The user must report any damage or loss within 24 hours.
• After verification, replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with regulations.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

• Delivery may fail if the address provided by the user is incomplete or incorrect.
• In such cases, reshipment may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
• Address changes must be made before the order is shipped.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, international shipping is not available.
This service will be updated on the website when it becomes active.

10. SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS

• For returns under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are covered by the Seller in accordance with regulations.
• For products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable.
